How to purchase USDT (Tether) on BitBns and withdraw it to your Obvious wallet
Step 1: Sign-up for Bitbns
- Visit the BitBns signup website from any browser of your choice. Create an account using by filling out your email address, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Once the OTP is verified, you will be taken to the homepage
Step 2: KYC Verification
- You will need to complete KYC verification to be able to deposit INR.
- To complete KYC verification, go to “KYC Verification” menu option under Profile.
You might be required to do a Video KYC and submit PAN Card & Aadhar details to complete the KYC steps.
Step 3: Bank Account Setup
To transfer INR to Bitbns wallet you will be required to connect your bank account. To add your bank account tap “Add Bank” button in the “Bank Accts. / Nominee” menu option under Profile.
Step 4: Setting up 2 Factor Authentication
- 2 factor authentication is required to withdraw crypto funds to the Obvious wallet later in the process.
- Visit “Security & 2FA” menu option under Profile and tap “Enable 2FA” to enable 2 Factor Authentication.
- You will be required to install Auth/Google Authenticator App on your mobile.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email to start the 2FA process
- Scan the bar code from your Auth/Google Authenticator App to setup 2FA. Don’t forget to save your key.
- Complete the process as directed on your App.
- Please note that it may take upto 24 hours for Withdrawals to be allowed once any profile change is made.
Step 5: Deposit INR
On the Homepage, choose “Wallet” from the top menu bar. It will open the wallet page:
- Tap the “Deposit INR” button and choose “Pay via UPI or Bank” option in the popup window. Choose the bank you added earlier from the dropdown. Using NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, transfer the amount you wish to invest in Obvious.
- Deposits may take a few hours to reflect in the Bitbns Fiat Wallet. Once the deposit goes through the amount will reflect on the Wallet page here:
Step 6: Buying USDT
- After successfully depositing the investment amount in your FIAT Wallet, go to USDT trade page here to buy USDT.
- Enter the price of USDT and the amount of INR you want to spend buying the USDT and place the order.
- As soon as the order is executed, the USDT will be credit to your Bitbns crypto wallet.
- You can tap “Wallets” from the top menu to confirm the USDT quantity. Enter USDT in search coins to filter USDT in the list.
Step 7: Withdrawing USDT to Obvious wallet
- Go to “Wallets” from the top menu to see your crypto assets
- Tap “Withdraw” option in front of USDT.
- Kindly refer to the below screenshot for the popup that will open.
- Ensure that the “Select Coin” has Tether as the selected Coin.
- Select MATIC20 as “Network”
- Enter the amount of USDT you would like to invest with Obvious.
- Enter your Obvious wallet address and tap “Withdraw” button to transfer the USDT to Obvious wallet.
- On the “Confirm Withdrawal” popup (refer below screenshot), enter your 2FA from Auth/Google Authenticator to successfully withdraw.
